Research Publications:
- Cosmology is the study of the Universe at large. During the present century, a large number of observational results reveal the overall regularities, which are global rather than local. The basic purpose of the cosmological studies is to construct a coherent picture of the Universe based on these data and build up theoretical models which fit them best and tell us about the past and future of the Universe. My research activities span to the area on Tensor calculus, Cosmology, Gravitation and dark energy in curve space times. My previous and current work deals with a number of cosmological models, which might be of interest in studying the early Universe. My interest is also to study the analytical and physical properties of dark energy and dark matter especially with the recent indications that the cosmic expansion is accelerating and the cosmological constant does not vanish.
